  • Phone/text/email support

  • 1 hour relax & release session

  • 1-2 sessions of your choice (Breastfeeding Support, Essential Oil Short Course & Self-Care Techniques)

Innately Equipped Postpartum Package-

$450

This package provides mom with the equipment necessary to innately transition into the postpartum period. The package includes:

  • Phone/text/email support

  • 1 Hour relax & release session

  • Mind Empowerment Session

  • 1-2 Sessions of your choice (Breastfeeding Support, Essential Oil Short Course & Self-Care Techniques)

  • 1-2 Hours of help tending to older children or housekeeping

Full Expressions Postpartum Package - $1200

This package empowers mom to fully express her innate ability to navigate and move gracely through her postpartum period. This package includes:

  • Phone/text/email support

  • 1 hour relax & release session

  • 1-2 sessions of your choice (Breastfeeding Support, Essential Oil Short Course & Self-Care Techniques)

  • Mind Empowerment Session 

  • 1-2 Hours of help tending to older children or housekeeping

  • 2-3 Days of On-site support (can be used as overnight stays) which allow mom to get away or have additional physical support
